1. Where are you based?
We are based in San Diego, California. We are always sourcing for the best products to bring to our customers. The products you see on our store are best sellers, products that are well liked by tens of thousands of customers.
2. How does shipping work?
Boost Active Wear is partnered directly with factories throughout China, the same country and the same cities that make athleisure for big brands like Lululemon and Gymshark. This allows us to provide you with the absolute best value for the dollar.
Because the majority of our customers want the lowest prices, your order will be shipped directly from the factory via partnership with USPS (Royal Mail for the UK, Australia Post for Australia, Canada Post for Canada).
Your order will arrive in 3 weeks on average. Please do not panic if your order does not show up immediately because we value our customers and will do what is right.
We offer an awesome DELIVERY GUARANTEE. Due to COVID-19 Outbreak, our orders will be delayed. We apologize for any inconveniences. Please email boostactivewearshop@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns about your order!
3. How do I track my order?
The postal system automatically assigns your order a tracking number once payment is processed. However, tracking information may not be available until the factory picks, pack, and ships your order. This may take a few days before you can start tracking your order. If you still cannot track your order after 3-5 business days, please follow the instructions below.

4. Where are the rest of my items?
We strive to provide our customers with excellent value so we are partnered with multiple factories instead of a single mega factory that may not be specialized in the products we sell. Since we ship from factory, your order may be fulfilled by several factories, which means your items will arrive at different times.
5. I still have questions!
If you have a question about your order, please forward your order confirmation from boostactivewear.com to our email. Please use email as sole communications regarding customer support; all other communication methods are not designed for customer support (e.g., Facebook/Instagram DMs).
